Program description
Next Wave Neurodiagnostics, INC. (“NWN,” “we,” “us”) operates an operational SMS notification program for its field technicians, contractors, and staff. When you opt in, we send work-related text-message reminders — for example, a notice that a daysheet is incomplete, including the relevant date and office location. This is a transactional/operational program, not a marketing program.
Consent and opt-in
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive operational SMS notifications from NWN at that number. Receiving these texts is not a condition of employment or of any contractor relationship with NWN. You may decline or opt out at any time without affecting your work relationship.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity — you will generally receive a message only when an action (such as completing a daysheet) is outstanding.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. NWN does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (you may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL) to any message. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending operational SMS notifications to that number.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
